If you buy tofu from a store that has been packed in water, then it will last for about 3 days in the fridge. If you’re worried about wasting food, then you can also freeze leftover tofu and eat it later on.

As long as the tofu is still sealed inside its original packaging, it should be good to keep in the freezer for up to 3 months.
