How to roll a joint

Firstly, take a sheet of rolling paper and fold it lengthwise like a long strip.

Put cannabis in the middle of the paper and shake out the excess cannabis (or use a very thin layer).

Then, roll up the joint while sealing it by putting your thumbs on both open ends and pressing them together.

Finally, lick one end of the rolled joint and seal it with your lips.
