A clock consists of a circular dial to indicate the hours and minutes. In a modern clock, this dial is usually placed near the front.

There are two hands, one for telling the hour and the other for telling the minute. The hour hand goes from 1 to 12 and makes a full revolution from both sides of the number every day.

The minute hand usually only goes from 0 to 30 or 60 on some clocks.

It takes 30 minutes for the hour hand to make one revolution around the clock face.

However, it will take longer than 30 minutes for the minute hand to make one revolution.

This is because, unlike the hour hand, the minute hand goes through all numbers (including 0) twice in its rotation around the clock face.

So this is how to Read a Clock.
