So you have decided to deactivate or delete your Evernote account. No worries, in this article I will tell you about the difference between deactivating and deleting an Evernote account.
Let’s tackle deactivation of account first. If you deactivate, you won’t be able to access your account or read or modify your Evernote notes as a result of it. However, you can always go back and reactivate your account in the future in order to obtain access to your notes.
Deletion of an Evernote account means that Evernote will delete all of your important information such as your email address, password, two-step verification phone number, as well as all notes, notebooks, tags, and any other data that is connected with the account.
There are three types of Evernote accounts: 1) Evernote Basic (Free accounts), 2) Evernote Premium; and 3) Evernote Business Account.
I will be covering all the steps in detail, so let’s get started.
