How to cancel Twilio account
To cancel your Twilio account or release your Twilio numbers, follow these steps:
- Log in to Twilio at https://www.twilio.com/login.
- To get started, go to the “Manage Numbers” page.
- Select the number you want to release by clicking on it.
- Look for a link that says “Release Number” at the bottom of the screen.
If you’ve upgraded your account by adding your own funds, contact Support to let them know you’d like to close it.
Please be aware that when your account is closed, they will release all of your phone numbers, which will no longer work with your applications.
You can cancel your Twilio account if you’re on a free trial by going to your “Account Settings” page. At the bottom of the screen, there is a click to “Close Account.”
